If it seems like a good match, we'll recommend a service level and outline next steps. If not, we'll tell you honestly and potentially suggest alternatives better suited to your needs.
How we meet
In person
Available at our Melbourne office. Most clients find face-to-face meetings valuable for their initial consultation and annual reviews.
Video call
Via Zoom or Teams. Works well for ongoing consultations and for clients outside Melbourne. Just as effective as in-person for most planning discussions.
Phone
Good for quick check-ins or if you prefer not to use video. We can handle most consultations this way if that's your preference.

Do you charge for the initial conversation?
No. The first discussion is free and helps both of us determine if we're a good fit.
Do I need to bring anything to the first meeting?
Not required, but helpful: recent super statements, tax returns, and a rough sense of your monthly expenses. We can work without these initially and gather details later.
What if I'm not sure which service I need?
That's fine. Most people aren't sure initially. We'll discuss your situation and recommend the most appropriate starting point.
Can my partner join the consultation?
Absolutely. We encourage it. Retirement planning affects both of you, and having both perspectives is valuable.
Are you taking new clients?
Yes. We maintain capacity to provide quality service to each client, which sometimes means a short wait for non-urgent matters. Urgent situations (imminent retirement, health issues) are prioritized.
